Having ages ranging from 19 to 74, PROSPER advisers bring a variety of backgrounds to the table.
Watchmaking is their passion, which they share as a common interest. Meet our team of advisors
at PROSPER with whom you can always share a nice cup of coffee (we don't mind a good brew
either).

Ilan, 20

At just 20 years old, to say that Ilan lives and breathes watches is nothing short of an
understatement. Ilan caught the bug in 2015 when he was looking for a watch for his birthday.
Since then, he’s always been on the hunt for the next big watch.

places he particularly appreciates for their warm and unique concept.

Bryan, 40

It’s safe to say that Bryan was trained the hard knocks way. Upon completing his internship at
Zenith, he became a watchmaker for Omega and then Breitling. Once Bryan masters a subject in
full, then only does he move on to the next step. He now puts his passion and knowledge at the
service of boutique advice after a successful career as a watchmaker. Truth be told, Bryan speaks
without waffle and prevarication, he’s the definition of an open book. Now at Prosper, Bryan is
able to “touch” brands never seen before, such as Moser & Cie or Nomos. His sharp eye can spot
watches even from a distance. Talk to him about the history, the chronology, or the reliability of
the movements, and you'll see his eyes light up. A side note: stay away from schoolboy jokes
unless you want to spend the rest of the afternoon there. Also, know that Prosper closes each
weekday at 6.30 p.m. and every Saturday at 7 p.m.

Alexandre, 54

It was by chance that Alexandre ended up in a watchmaking workshop in the early 1990s. Initially, he
went there out of sympathy for a friend, but he soon realized the depth and complexity of the job. It
was this key moment that led him to acquire a Breitling "Patrouille de France", originally manufactured
in 1993. However, he did not go on to work in the watchmaking industry straight away. He first became
a wine master. If there is one subject that captivates him, it is craftsmanship: technicality in the service
of taste. This profession remained in his hands for a very long time. PROSPER became his home in
Februart of 2022. Now, his passion for watchmaking is no longer a secret. Whether it's information
about watchmakers, anglers, or guillocheurs, Alexandre is a fountain of knowledge. Stop by to meet
him if you don't want to miss out on a good time. His favorite brand is Moser & Cie. As a side note, it's
worth mentioning that he still looks at his watch with the same sense of wonder he had as the first day
he put it on.

Joke, 35

If you're a movie buff, you've probably noticed that every dream team has an operations
manager. Because of Joke's extensive experience acquired at a prestigious house, Jean-Baptiste
and Brice decided to entrust her with "the operations" at PROSPER. But what exactly does the
term "operations" refer to? Simply put, if the watches are always in stock, if everyone knows their
place, and if coffee is flowing, the pleasant atmosphere that is bound to arise is owed entirely to
the operations team. There is no denying that Joke is the brains of the operation, and she’s
indispensable. It’s easy to sense the passion of any PROSPER advisors the moment you speak
with them. Are you familiar with the expression, "power is nothing without control"? In this case,
Joke would probably rewrite it as "passion is nothing without rigor". The fervor with which Joke
pursues good work is a direct result of her great love for wristwatches.

Brice, 38

Together with Jean-Baptiste, Brice is one of the two founders of PROSPER. People are sometimes
apprehensive when they enter a jewelry store through the front doors and must pass through
the safety gate. Brice understands that. As a result, he envisioned a music play-list that helped
transform this formality into a memorable quality experience. At 36, Brice already has a
distinguished career behind him. After managing a restaurant for several years, it’s safe to say he
is well versed in the art of receiving. With every visit, he ensures that visitors feel comfortable
showing up as they are while enjoying a moment of conviviality. The day will come when Brice will
wear a proper button-down shirt, we all know that. But for now, his only uniform is a T-shirt.

During his time at Cartier in the Richemont group, Jean-Baptiste developed his passion for the
customer experience. Along with Brice, Jean-Baptiste is one of the two founders of PROSPER. His
attention to detail is always directed towards creating a sense of belonging at PROSPER. His view
is that collections should strike a good balance between history and innovation. Since the first
step in benevolence is to give yourself to others: Jean-Baptiste will never shy away from good
shrimp croquette.
